Part Registration module will allows to maintain spare parts details with general details such as brand, series, model, part code, part criticality, and purchased price. This data will be used to track the parts which are using for maintenance tasks in order to calculate the parts cost of work orders
Service Request Module allows all the employees to report the machine breakdowns in any instant using this system. Users can check the live status of the reported breakdown (started/ pending/ completed) and the root cause, corrective active and preventive action taken by the technician. This module supports to maintain a smooth and efficient service request flow in the organization
Work order module is to handle the maintenance tasks of the company. Manager can convert service request to a work order easily by assigning technicians. Before attending to the assigned work order, technicians will be allowed to refer the previous breakdowns and work order history of relevant machine. User will be able to update used pasts for the tasks time to time. After completing job, maintenance team can update the actual time spent for each tasks
Preventive maintenance module is for planned maintenance that is scheduled according to usage or time-based triggers. In practice, a preventive maintenance schedule may include tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, adjustments, repairs, inspecting and replacing parts, and partial or complete overhauls that are regularly scheduled. Routine maintenance will help to keep machineries up and running condition and preventing any unplanned downtime and expensive costs from unanticipated equipment
Yellow flag module has introduced for the maintenance teams to mention the pre identified issues of the machines for future references. Managers will be able to review the yellow flags of the each machine and convert to work orders with the availability of the technicians. This module allows managers to take precautions for future breakdowns
Machine metering module will facilitate to read the parameters of the machines such as production counts or mileage. This module can directly link with the hardware devices or manually enter the readings. These readings may trigger a schedule maintenance (Ex: every 5000 Km trigger a schedule service of a vehicle)
Checklist module is for create list of tasks that maintenance staff need to verify, check or inspect. This module will provide the facility to add tasks for each checklist and assign maintenance staff for each task. User can upload the completed checklist after completion of the tasks
Projects module offers managers and staff a comprehensive management tool for maintenance projects. The module has the ability to include specific tasks required to complete project and also to create work orders for each tasks by assigning technicians and task lists.
